Just Found an Easter Egg

As we do every year my DH and I hide about a million of the foil wrapped Easter eggs. Every year we say, next year we are going to remember to count how many we hid so we will know we got them all. Every year we forget.

I just found two Easter eggs in my baking cupboard. LOL.

Next year we are REALLY going to count them all.

PS.

Thanks for all of the supportive comments lately, I needed them:)

Yuck! We only hide plastic eggs in ONE room, and we have the same number for each kid. Trust me: they know exactly how many they find!

FYI, I understand the feeling of thinking you're never going to experience the daughter thing... I can understand why someone might have been offended had they not realized that you were simply sighing over what will never be. It's ok. We all make little faux pas in the web world. Inflection is lost in the translation, and people can read a lot more into written words than a simple chat.

You're allowed to be a bit sad over not having a certain type of experience. It doesn't negate the lovely relationships you have with your sons nor does it mean that you want your sons to marry girls that were emotionally deprived growing up. I got the light heartedness of it...
